Our centre is staffed with trained, experienced early childhood educators.  Every educator in our centre is sensitive to the needs of the children and their families and has a strong commitment to quality education

Our Educators:

  • Respect children as capable and competent individuals and facilitate them to learn and develop by taking both a child-centred and partnership approach.

  • Role model positive relationships by supporting each other in all their duties, respecting each other’s ideas and contributions and through positive communication.

  • Are committed to the provision of quality early childhood education and an islamic education. They meet regularly to discuss curriculum, plan experiences, reflect on our curriculum and share and exchange ideas. In order to uphold the high standards of our early education, staff development and training is ongoing throughout the year. This ensures that our educators remain alert to the ever-changing needs of today’s families and to current research.

Our director and our educators are a dedicated group of professionals whose level of commitment to our centre and to each child extends beyond the centre itself. Their commitment to early childhood education is truly an avocation. As a result, they bring to their jobs a unique and special blend of professional skills and personal experience.

All key educators and supervisors hold first aid certificates.
